Shipping Policy
Every Minorma piece is handcrafted and made to order.
- Dispatch time: orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery time: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.
- Shipping charges: a flat fee is shown at checkout; orders above the threshold shown on site ship free.
- Tracking: we share tracking details over WhatsApp/email once your order ships.
- We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us first.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Report any damage, defect, or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, nose pins and earrings can be replaced only if received damaged/defective.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos.
- Approved cases are offered a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Made-to-order and customised pieces are not returnable unless damaged/defective.
Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. Here's how we handle your information.
- We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact number, address, and order details.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your card/UPI details.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We may contact you about your order or, if you opt in, occasional updates. You can opt out any time.
- To access or delete your data, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Terms of Service
- By placing an order you confirm the details provided are accurate.
- All products are artificial / imitation fashion jewellery with an oxidised finish — they are not precious metal.
- As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish and detailing are natural and not defects.
- Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or mispriced.
- Coupons/offers cannot be clubbed unless stated and have no cash value.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
